Q: I don't see the product I am looking for?

Q: How do I give credit to my service provider?

A: If you have a specific service provider who referred products to you, please put their full name in the box on the shopping cart page. 

Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?

A: Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. 

Q: How do I know my package is shipped and on it's way?

A: You will receive a notification via email to the address on your account once your order has shipped. It's important to note that once the package is handed over to the USPS carrier, we relinquish control. Hair Success cannot be held liable for any subsequent occurrences once the package leaves our facility.
